The hotel is new and extremely well designed taking into consideration that is was the House of Justice in the past, it is super modern but with the history still remaining in the building, it also has great touches in the room like specific controls on the bathroom mirror, the airconditioning/heating was ultra modern in design, very quiet and controls worked very well, the shower size was great. Just the towel rail had a 30mins boost but that was not hot enough so you had to re-start this a few times. We had the standard room and the size was perfect with a huge window - very elegantly looking - they provided really great fluffy towels and bathropes/slippers. The pool was very nice and the atmosphere and pool at the right temperature, together with the steam-room, the pool is quite small (I think 4x8mtr) so when the hotel is busy at 5pm on the day it is not so easy to use. The breakfast is fine it is a buffet breakfast, you have a selection of many items although, no fresh orange juice. As for the restaurant, we booked half-pension, we had choices of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts, overall it was a little dissapointing and quite particular dishes except for the desserts, but this is an individuals taste. I would definitely come back again, perhaps trying the restaurant but choosing your a la carte.

We stayed in this hotel in May 24 when cycling to the Nice. We liked it so much we wanted to return and we did so in July 24. We were two people and a medium dog and we were given an room in the attic. It was simply too small and unsuitable. I made a "move" request to reception and we were moved to a larger room at no extra cost. Thank you. When making a booking online maybe booking.com should flag that the room is an attic room. The hotel was the old Palace de Justice that was repurposed/refurbished in 2019 and it is magnificent. The town has some good restaurants and well worth exploring. Market day on certain Saturdays during the summer, worth checking if they are weekly or monthly Saturday market days.

Staff were very helpful, and following the change of room upon arrival due to a mishap with thier booking system due to a very bad storm, we were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost for the rest of the stay. The public car park infront of the hotel is very convenient, at no cost. The Hotel restaurant is also very recommendable. Although very sceptical about Loches before going there, we were very happy we chose this location, very well located close to Chenonceau and Amboise,

We loved this hotel and this lovely little town. The hotel has a real sense of luxury without overcharging. everyone was made to feel special. The rom was great with a lovely view of the town. The town was accessible by foot and had some great shops and markets as well as the castle. Would certainly plan to return here and recommend to friends. Just gorgeous! We also ate at the hotel and the food was superb!

The hotel architecture is impressive and it is a very clever conversion. Our room was ideal for a family of four adults. One bed on a mezzanine,, one in a separate room. Very modern shower room with a very efficient shower. The spa is an added bonus and the hotel's central location worked for us. Despite the central location it was quiet on a Tuesday night in September.
